    Changers” was launched which has inspired many people to become vegan. In this documentary, well-known top athletes who have switched to a vegan lifestyle talk about how strong their bodies have become and in this, it is substantiated with scientific sources how good a plant-based diet is for one.

    When you choose a vegan diet where you leave out meat and animal products, you will automatically start eating more of other food types. In doing so, choose as many pure foods as possible that consist of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, seeds and beans. These types of foods contain many beneficial nutrients such as more fiber, antioxidants and plant compounds such as the bioflavonoids rutin, citrin and quercitin that protect the body from free radicals and bring other beneficial effects.
